Refunds and Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email us via email@example.com with your order number in the subject line and receipt of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days. If your item does not pass inspection, unfortunately a refund will be unable to be issued.
Items that are awaiting delivery are not eligible for refunds
Please get in contact with us if you are missing a refund so we can get this sorted out for you.
Exchanges can only be made on defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

You are responsible for covering shipping costs and ensuring your product successfully arrives back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
